On May 25th, new rules come into force to protect privacy of your information. As a counsellor, I have always treated any information with the height of confidentiality and respect and this is in place. Your personal information will be stored in a professional and secure manner and will never be added to any database or technological equipment. Nor will it be shared with any other party or organisation unless you have expressly consented to this. All information therefore is private and confidential and all records held in the old method - handwritten notes..
Any contact with you by me will be restricted to your wellbeing and directly connected to the reason you have contacted me.
You have the right to determine whether you wish to be so contacted, and the right to opt in or out of this .
